Refund policy

Domani Exchange partners with third-party vendors for all order 
fulfillment. We accept return requests for products that are 
damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed within 30 days of 
delivery. Because all products are made to order, we do not 
accept returns due to buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 30 days and we 
will arrange a discounted reprint at cost — you keep the original 
item.

Custom Evermark pet portrait products are non-returnable as they 
are personalized items.

To start a return, email info@domaniexchange.com with your order 
number and a photo of the issue. We are a small, family-owned 
business and we stand behind every product we ship.
